well I know one thing for sure...EW wont be able to contend. They will be scraping the bottom of the "conference" with Ashe. Central didnt have that good of a record last year, but they have a lot of returning players at all skill positions. And those players have something that this level lacks....SPEED!! I'm tellin ya, it's central's to lose, this year!! Here is how it all will play out:
2A
Central
North
Ashe
1A
West
Elkin
East
Alleghany
Just be glad Starmount and Forbush are gone because they probably would have cleaned house.

Guru, really? Wilkes Central didn't do anything last year in 5-6 or 7-8 . Look for more of the same.

I agree guru. North will contend. West is too caught up in daddy ball. Central will be tough but I think we can play with them. Go North!

I dont know that it matters who the coach is at West Middle this year....I just dont see them being that good. Yeah the QB returns and he is a good athlete but what do they have around him....NOT MUCH! I look for Central Wilkes to completely dominate this league . Ashe lost everything they had and may not even win a game, Starmount and Forbush are gone. i just think that it's Central's to lose with North probably finishing Second!!

So his son can QB...thats funny! His Kid is a very Good Athlete and would start at QB even if his Dad didn't volunteer his time to Coach. So don't start that BS before the season even gets started,
